The Pilates Strong Class Lineup

  • Let’s get Pilates Strong.  We will take you through some of the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a 30 minute slower-paced class focusing on familiarity with the exercises that make Pilates one of the best exercise programs in the world. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.

  • Our Every Day Strong Class is designed for everyone, whether you may be new to the world of Pilates or even a veteran. In this class, you will learn how to work with your machine and focus on the proper techniques all while seriously challenging your body. We provide beginner to intermediate movement with clear instructions to give you the best Pilates workout in town. No class at Pilates Strong Club is too easy, we ensure you get the maximum return for your efforts.

  • Open to All!

    Experience a faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and standing with improved body alignment! In this class, you will build upon what you have learned. The exercises become more difficult, we work with small props and the Pilates Chair to continue to challenge the body while we work to improve transition and fluidity. 

  • Level 3-Instructor Test Out Required

    Ready to Level up?  This total body workout utilizes the Reformer, the Pilates Chair, and other fun props that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and standing with improved body alignment! In this class, you will build upon what you have learned. The class is faster-paced and the exercises become more difficult, hand weights and small props continue to challenge the body and we focus on transition and fluidity. Clients should be injury-free.  NOTE: Teacher authorization to participate in this level.

  • Level 4-Instructor Test Out Required-Limit 6 members per class

    This class is for serious devotees who want to get serious results. This class is limited to 6 members per class so your instructor can work with you to advance to the highest level of Pilates Exercises.  We push harder, we hold longer and you will be challenged with more resistance, more reps, and more advanced movement. Various props are thrown into the mix to keep shocking your body and provide the variety you need to deliver results to keep you feeling and looking incredible.

  • Open to All!

    Cardio Strong is an invigorating fusion of classic Pilates equipment movements, fat-burning cardiovascular movements, as well as full body strength building. The key principles of Pilates core training with the addition of Cardio Jump Boards make this workout powerful. It is a full-body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio. Cardio Strong is fun, quick-paced, and will work your body from head to toe. This class is for all levels.

  • Open to All!

    Feel the amazing benefits of Pilates as we take you through stretch elements that you cannot recreate anywhere else than on a reformer. Don't discount these moves as we are still strengthening your core and, while extending those stems, we are also sculpting your muscles to a more lengthened state chiseling you to a long, lean body. This class will leave you feeling balanced, energized, and ready for anything life may throw at you.

We have The Newest Pilates Reformers with 3 Levels of 6 springs each. 

What does that mean?  You will have more class choices because your instructor can easily adjust you up or down on our custom reformers to get the exact level of intensity you want in any class.
